Asus VivoTab Note 8 tablet comes with 8 inch screen as the name indicates and the display resolution is 1280 x 800 pixels.  The tablet weighs less that 1 lb. the body dimensions are 8.7 x 5.3 x 0.43 inches.  It is build solidly. It does not look like a cheap plastic tablet.

The pros of Asus VivoTab Note 8 are it is light weight and comes with Wacom digitized stylus.  It is not very expensive and offers decent features.   It is suitable for web surfing, watching videos and reading books.  The display is has good touch sensitivity.  One of the highlights of the tablet is support to Wacom pressure sensitive display and stylus. It comes pre loaded with many applications such as Microsoft MovieMaker, Microsoft Office Home and students 2013 and so on. It can be combined with Bluetooth keyboard for typing as it is not comfortable to type on the screen.  The tablet also comes with micro USB port and also features speakers at the rear. These produce adequate sound.
