Kurio 7S vs LeapFrog Leappad 2 Tablets
Kurio and Leappad 2 tablets cater almost same kind of audience and hence comparison between these two tablets becomes necessary.
Kurio 7S Tablet has been provided with seven inches screen size and it comes with capacitive type of touch sensitivity. On the other hand, Leap Frog LeapPad 2 Tablet has been provided with five inches screen size and display resolution of 480 x 272 pixels. This device is provided with resistive touch sensitivity and hence only Kurio gives good responsiveness. LeapPad 2 is actually of phablet screen size and is very much good option for all those who are looking to have smaller tablets.
Kurio 7S tablet has been powered by 1.2 Ghz processor and hence it can give decent performance. Since this tablet is intended for children, they might not be in need of still faster processor. This processor can meet their requirements and preferences. LeapPad 2 tablet has been provided with just 550 Mhz processor and it is not of even 1 Ghz capacity. It would have been better if the tablet was of better processing capacity.
LeapFrog LeapPad 2 tablet has not been provided with any camera option. But Kurio 7S tablet is provided with 2 megapixels resolution camera on the front side. Hence, only Kurio tablet can be used for video chatting purposes. LeapPad 2 tablet can’t be used for video chatting or video recording purposes.
LeapPad 2 tablet has been provided with 4 GB internal memory while Kurio 7S tablet is also provided with 4 GB internal memory. So, both the tablets are provided with same memory specs. Since both the tablets are provided with 4 GB internal memory, both might suffice the needs of its intended audience i.e. children because kids might not need so much memory to save their documents or files. Kids tablets are generally for learning purposes and playing purposes.
